About Sunshine Herbs!

Linda has deep roots in the White Mountain Community. In fact her family enjoys generations of Show Low history, and she can recount local stories passed down to her from before her time.

She has been using and growing herbs for her family and friends for fifteen years. In addition to a substantial knowledge of natural herbal remedies and symptom specific combinations, Linda has Red Cross certification in resuscitation and other life saving techniques and an endearing ability to put a smile on your face.

Linda uses her herbal and nutritional knowledge to provide all the herbs and vitamins from Astragalus to zinc that anyone could desire. If you are unfamiliar with the traditional uses of these herbs, she can inform you or provide books on herbal remedies, or refer you to a Naturopathic doctor.

Every Wednesday during the growing season, Sunshine Herbs sponsors a small farmer's market outside the store. Here local farmers sell produce, eggs, baked goods and honey.
