UNFI (United Natural Foods, Inc.) is the leading independent national distributor of natural, organic and specialty foods and related products including nutritional supplements, personal care items and organic produce, in the United States. They are located in Dayville, Connecticut, and ship all over the country by overnight freight.

Buying Club Policies

• Buying Club rates are equal to UNFI published buying club rate plus any service charges levied by UNFI, plus our 10% handling charge.
• The Buying Club will buy from UNFI only. Any orders from other distributors will be charged at retail.
• Buying Club rates can only be given to Buying Club Members.
• Orders can be made on a weekly basis throughout the year, when not affected by major holidays.
• Sunshine Herbs will provide each Member with an Order sheet template that can be copied for recording Member's order.
• Our Buyer will not be responsible for researching any product, but will order by number from Order Sheet.
• The Order Sheet will be our guide for ordering for Members. The Member is entirely responsible for filling in their Order Sheet correctly. Sunshine Herbs cannot be held responsible for any items which are incorrect due to Member's error.
• The Order Sheet must be completed by Club Member and turned in at Sunshine Herbs by close of business on Thursday of the week before order is to be delivered. There can be no exceptions to this rule.
• Non-refrigerated and refrigerated orders will be ready for pickup after 3pm on Tuesdays. We would appreciate it if all orders are collected on Tuesdays, unless other arangements are made.
• Frozen orders must be picked up on the day of delivery due to lack of freezer space.
• It is the Member's responsibility to reorder items that have not been delivered by UNFI due to being on backorder.
• All orders must be paid for by Members when orders are placed.

For the account number use 000S and then click submit.
