VENDOR FEES:
Space is $5 per week, per vendor. Fee is due before setting up, and must be delivered to th e Market Manager
prior to 8:30 a.m. Monthly fee of $20 to $25 (depending on weeks per month) may be paid the 1st week of each
month. Vendors are responsible for keeping a copy of their receipt as proof of payment.
NO refunds on pre-paid fees.

MARKET POLICIES:
1. Set-up to be completed by 8:30 and tear-down will begin at 1p.m. The Market area will be closed to
vehicles from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Do not block driveway.
2. Vendor spaces will be assigned by Sunshine Herbs.
3. Local produce and handmade items only - NO yard sale items, resale items, multi-level marketing items.
4. NO smoking in the Market area.
5. NO vendor pets allowed. Selling animals at the Market is prohibited.
6. Port-a-john will be available for vendors and public.
7. Sunshine Herbs will not be held responsible for any losses or injuries incurred at the Famer’s Market.
8. Vendor’s tents must not be larger than 10 x 10.
9. Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their own area after 1 p.m.
10. Sunshine Herbs reserves teh right to refuse vendor space to anyone at any time.
11. NO parking at the clinic next door or in neighbor’s driveways.
By signing this agreement, vendor acknowledges they have read this contract and the Sunshine Herbs Farmers’ Market Rules and agree to abide by the guidelines and decisions of the Market and its representatives.
Sunshine Herbs shall be entitled to terminate this contract at any time, whereupon the vendor agrees to
immediately vacate the premises. This termination may take place in the event of the following:
1. Failure to pay the space rental fee.
2. Failure to abide by the obligations in this contract
3. Failure to abide by the Sunshine Herbs Farmers’ Market Rules.
The vendor acknowledges and agrees that Sunshine Herbs shall have no liability for any incidental or
consequential damages, loss of business, or otherwise for terminating this application in accordance with
the terms set forth above.
Sunshine Herbs reserves the right at any time during the term of this agreement to relocate the vendor within
the market to another space at the Market Manager’s sole discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: Vendors are responsible for obtaining all licenses, permits, and insurance that may be required
by local, county, state, and/or federal governments for the sale of product(s).
